How to Make a Kitchen and Bathroom Cleaner with Citrus Essential Oil
Essential Oils have a long history in our kitchens. Ultimately, they found their way into delicious dishes and occasional desserts. With the resurgence of Essential Oils being used in the everyday home for cleaning & health benefits, those fragrant and helpful aromatics are eventually finding their way onto our kitchens!
I searched for an amazing smelling and effective homemade kitchen cleaning spray that’s good for the bathroom and the rest of the house, and turned to our friend Andrea Butje, who is a master at accommodating essential oils and the CEO of Aromahead. She recommended using a water and vinegar base to mix a custom blend of Citrus Essential Oils that cleans and leaves an amazing smell behind. Plus, don’t you just love the smell of citrus essential oils?
Here you go, This cleaner, from Andrea, uses a blend of lemon, orange, and grapefruit oils to produce both a potent cleaner for all surfaces; with an amazing scent!!
Lemon is antibacterial, and antimicrobial (amongst many other properties), and orange and grapefruit also have bactericidal properties!
